1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to India only. If your location is not listed, please contact us at care@trendzhip.com to see if special arrangements can be made.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your location. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 2000. Please note that free shipping may not be available for certain locations or during special promotions.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days, depending on your location.

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

7. International Shipping

8. Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist in providing any necessary documentation to support your claim.
9. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at care@trendzhip.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
10. Returns
Our policy allows you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact the customer care number provided on your package. If needed, you can also reach out to us via email at care@trendzhip.com. Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide your bank details so that the refund can be processed directly to your account.
